My favorite desserts this year.

Café Hollander’s Fudge Brownie – I have the Lowlands app on my phone so I got a free birthday dessert. This fudge brownie is topped with salted caramel ice cream, chocolate sauce, fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Indulgent deliciousness.

Bartaco’s Churros. These are served with hot fudge sauce. I go to bartaco a lot but usually don’t save room for dessert. The churros are a great treat! This instance was the start of my birthday celebration.

Red’s Chocolate Lava Cake – Speaking of indulgent. I got this with some friends after we already ate way too much sushi but we couldn’t resist. The cake paired well with the skin contact wine we drank.

Avenue Club and Bubble Up Bar’s Creme Brûlée – if I am not too full, I love to get creme brûlée every place I go that has it on the menu.

La Kitchenette’s Lavender Creme Brûlée – I went to brunch here with the plan of trying this. Very interesting flavor profile with the lavender essence.

Bar Corralini’s Cannolo – This is like a deconstructed cannoli with ricotta, orange, chocolate chips, pastry shell, and pistachios. Definitely recommend.
